On Wednesday 17 November, reopened the monument to Brig. Gen. Juan Manuel de Rosas, the Party Central Plaza San Martín, in the Province of Buenos Aires. 
The Vuelta de Obligado Patricios were present with flag and escorts, along with the band del Liceo Militar General San Martín.
The construction of the monument was brought about by the Cooperative Association of Regional Historical Museum Brigadier Juan Manuel de Rosas de General San Martín
is a stainless steel stand on which is inscribed block granite which has recorded the images of Juan Manuel de Rosas and José de San Martín. Also you can read the text of the clause 3 of the will of General San Martin and recorded his sword. My
