On Tuesday 30 November inaugurated a mural alluding to the battle of the Vuelta de Obligado, on Calle Juan Manuel de Rosas at its intersection with Bartolomé Mitre, in the town of Villa Matheu, Party of Three February, Province of Buenos Aires.

were present, among others, the Mayor of the Party of Tres de Febrero, Mr. Hugo Omar Curto, the Secretary General Dr. Miguel Angel Rios, Secretary of Sports, Culture and Education, Mr. Hector A. Chaves, councilors and provincial deputies. 
the verses sung after the Argentine national anthem, the local parish priest blessed the mural and then a dance troupe offered traditional folk dances. Finally, a local artist played superbly success "La Vuelta de Obligado" by Miguel Brasco.
